I cannot wait to see the Jigga master himself tonight at Madison Square Gardens, for his 9/11 Benefit Concert. All proceeds from the concert go to the city’s emergency workers and those affected by the tragedy.

I’m still saddened by the passing of such a young talented individual. Especially since a relapse in a drug addiction was the cause of death, so unnecessary so terribly sad. It creeps me out slightly to know I was in his building while he was either overdosing or had already passed. I was planning on moving into the building just down the street from my current NY apartment in January, however with such sad memories I am thinking of finding myself somewhere else.
RIP DJ AM. May the music live on.
