I am in heaven, having the time of my life, if it was not for school in NY. I would give up my American life and live in paradise!

I’m off to the Cayman Islands today to visit a dear friend of mine. Will report back with all the glamorous adventures we endure!

I was in Toronto for two weeks and had the BEST time ever with my best freinds and family. I miss them and my puppies all dearly. Some memories from a great two week visit with some of the most wonderful people in my life!

Toronto got hit by a massive storm this evening, along with serious lightning, thunder and blinding rain came tornado’s in and around the city. The prominent damage happened outside the city devastating areas. Leaving many homeless, but thank gosh only one fatality as of yet. Throughout Toronto streets were severely flooded, trees toppled, cars flipped and debris scattered throughout the city. Approximately 69,000 residents are without power and Vaughan area has been declared a ’state of emergency’.

I was at Pearson airport about to fly back to NYC, when the storm started. I am thankful I was not in the air at the time of the disastrous storm, and my flight was canceled and re-scheduled for tomorrow am.

This video shows the funnel clouds swooping through downtown Toronto, everyone I have spoken with has said they have never seen such a storm hit the Toronto area, and lets hope one does not hit again.

My thoughts go out to all the people who have had their property damaged or destroyed.

Need a refreshing summer cocktail, this is delicious, sweet and sour and amazingly refreshing!

Drink Up!

1 1/2oz of Vodka

1/2oz of Blue Curacao

2oz  Of Sweet and Sour Mix

7-Up or Lemonade

Lemon Slice

Maraschino Cherry

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 15-20 seconds until smooth. Pour over a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon slice and maraschino cherry.

This is my most fave, guacamole from a FAB Mexican restaurant in NYC “Dos Caminos”.

2 tbsp cilantro leaves, finely chopped

2 tbsp yellow onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp jalapeno or Serrano chiles, minced

2 large ripe avocados, peeled & seeded

2 tbsp plum tomatoes cored & finely chopped

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Kosher or Coarse salt

Place cilantro, onion, chiles and salt in a medium-sized bowl and mash it with the back of a kitchen spoon. Add avocado, tomato and lime juice and mash all ingredients together. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serves two.

This lady is pure genius, beauty, brains and talent. Although she has way to much muscle for my liking she is turning 51 in just a couple of weeks, with a body, voice and tour like that everyone has the right to be jealous!!

Cheers to the Queen Of Pop!!

In Happy and exciting news I am now enrolled in the Fashion Institute of New York, for Fashion Styling and Wardrobe Technique. This will consume the next two years of my life, but I will walk away with two degrees and a career in the film and entertainment world full of excitement, experiences and travel. I’ve decided to take after my father but stay away from the cinematography and go in wardrobe. I am so excited to know what the next two years and future brings for me. Bye bye social life, hello school, internship and job and the best part a career that I will LOVE!!

SPOTTED 08/03 JOHN STAMOS and blond gal pal eating at Giorgione’s in Soho. It was a delicious meal def recommend eating here while in NYC, Italian with a large menu, great fish, pizza, pasta. I had Tuna Tartar with Avocado and Lobster Salad delish!! Bar has a large selections of drinks, great open atmosphere fairly priced. Later spotted him again at Tasti Delite sitting curbside eating ice cream. Such a low key guy, when I look at him Full House fills my head! ha!

SPOTTED 08/03 CHACE CRAWFORD, JESSICA SZOHR, & ADAM BRODY partying it up at the Jane Hotel on a monday night, they seemed to be having a great time, except next time Chace needs to remove the awful cap off his head, and let his long locks out Hats don’t do it for him, sexy none the less. Jane Hotel is a FAB place to go and have some drinks, listen to great music, lounge/dance vibe, also known as a celeb hang out!
